For the time being, I will be writing posts related to a project in a game design class. My subject is how ideas of gender can be seen in the character roles in games.

I am going to look for correlations between gender and role in video games based on a number of criteria, such as genre, popularity, target audience, etc. As a starting point I am using an article from Wikipedia that provides a list of games with female protagonists.
